Every morning I eat porridge in some form. Sometimes I need something else, and when I do, I make this.
Over night oats!
1 dl oats
1 dl almond milk (or similar)
2 table spoons greek or turkish yoghurt
Lots of cinnamon
Anything you like on top
Mix it in the evening, put it into the fridge for the night and...
...voilá!
Blueberries go very well on top, and if it is not sweet enough you can put a swirl of honey on top!
